6. Velvet Underground.
The Velvet Underground was not received well when they started in 1964. They did not make as many sales of their albums as other bands make when they start. However, they did not give up on the band. The Ramones were a group of four that started out without much success. However it is believed that they have influenced the rise in rock music in the UK and other countries. They have also been featured prominently in magazines such as Spirit Magazine that referred to them as one of the greatest-bands of all time. The band’s performance ended in 1996. The group members were; Chrysalis, Sire, Radio Active, Philips and Beggers Banquet. They all took on the name Ramone but they were not related in any way.
Nirvana is one of the bands that ensured the survival of rock music by incorporating different styles into the music. Although they had been overshadowed by other British bands, The Kinks were able to release some of the best rock songs of all time. They incorporated British accents into their music. This is what made them rise to the top of rock music.

This rock band is known for having some of the best and talented members. They have also been very influential to many aspiring singers who claim to have been motivated by this band to start their own band. The band was formed in the year 1968 and was active until 1980.The group members are; John Paul Jones, Robert Plant, John Bonham and Jimmy page.
